Do you accept layaway?
Yes, we accept layaways. Length of layaway depends on the order total. All layaway orders require a 100$ non refundable deposit - this is to cover costs to make the dolls.
Order total 200 ~ 400 : two payments
Order total 400+ : 3 payments

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Within the United States, dolls are sent via Priority mail with insurance.
Internationally, dolls are sent via Express Mail Service (EMS) with full value declared and full insurance.
Do you take commissions?
Yes, we accept commissions and custom orders. Just contact us with your idea and we’ll let you know a price quote and time frame for the potential project.
Once the commission is accept, we require a deposit up front to cover initial costs. Pictures will be sent during the process so you can make any changes. When finished, the final payment will be due before the piece is sent out.
Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns in the case of a broken doll/figure. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing for more pictures or information.
What types of payment do you take?
We accept Paypal as well as most major credit cards via Stripe. If you have any issues paying, please contact us for help.
